The hotel is currently under development by Broadreach Capital Partners and features 255 guest rooms, 5,300 square feet of meeting space, a 200-seat restaurant and bar, fast-casual cafe, and an abundance of indoor and outdoor leisure amenities for enjoying the beautiful Bay Area weather.

The Palace Hotel

Portimao, Portugal

Storey Hospitality provided brand selection guidance to Arista Leisure Group. We handled the entire RFQ and negotiation and selection process with the leading international luxury brands to determine the best partner for The Palace Hotel and Royal Suites. The property consisted of a 114 room hotel, 77 unit apartment complex, conference center, three restaurants, spa, retail outlets and two golf courses

We completed an in-depth historical financial analysis and detailed future pro forma assumptions to help the investor determine their acquisition strategy.
